Grammar Topics:

Subject and object markers (이/가, 을/를), topic marker (은/는), basic verb conjugation in present tense, location particles (에, 에서), honorific particles and verb forms, negative sentences (안, 지 않다), and fundamental sentence endings for statements and questions.

Vocabulary Focus:

Essential everyday vocabulary including greetings, family terms, common objects, food and beverages, numbers and counting, time expressions, colors, basic verbs and adjectives, and foundational words for daily communication.

Writing System:

Complete mastery of Hangul including consonants (자음), vowels (모음), double consonants, and compound vowels. Practice stroke order, proper spacing, and develop confidence in reading and writing Korean script fluently.

Cultural Introduction:

Understanding Korean culture basics, bowing etiquette, age hierarchy in Korean society, basic table manners, and cultural context for language use in different social situations.

Korean Level 3 is an Elementary Korean course for students who have already completed a Beginners course.

Grammar Expansion:

Past tense forms (았/었/였), future tense expressions (겠, ㄹ 거예요), verb conjunctions (고, 어서, 는데), expressing ability and possibility, reason and cause markers, purpose expressions (러/으러), comparative forms, and expanded use of honorifics in various contexts.
